The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the city before check-in. the room itself was a true delight, with a vintage design that added character and charm. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Lavazza coffee machine in the room, providing us with our favorite coffee to start our mornings. the attention to detail in providing thick bathrobes, ample plug sockets, and plenty of mirrors truly enhanced our experience. the central location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with popular restaurants and attractions just a stone's throw away. Overall, our stay exceeded our high expectations, and we cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel in the heart of Leeds.
